The room was nice. 5 miles to monte alban. Nothing bothered me with the hotel. Next to the airport, 9 miles❤❤

The beds were comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The hotel's location was great, just a short walk from the city center and the beach. We loved that they provided free shuttle service to the airport.
Our stay coincided with Christmas and the hotel was extremely overcrowded. We had to wait in long lines for breakfast and struggled to find available pool chairs.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. The location in a quiet neighborhood on a hill outside of the busy crowded noisy city center was perfect for me. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff here were extremely attentive and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The service was top-notch and the amenities like room service and car hire were a great convenience. I also loved the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the relaxing spa and wellness center. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.
I would recommend this hotel to all.

The free Halloween chocolate and peaceful balcony were great. the margaritas were cheap and room service was efficient.
The noise from the pool and restaurant was unbearable, with loud music and children playing. the inclusive breakfast was basic, with very limited menu options, and no good coffee.

We recently stayed at a beautiful hotel on a hill outside of the busy and noisy El Centro area. the location on the hill offers relaxing and peaceful views. the room was exquisite with grand furniture and an amazing balcony overlooking the pool. the bathroom was clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained. the staff was very accommodating and friendly, making us feel at home with great service and delicious, affordable room service cocktails.
The hotel is a bit far from the city center, so it can be challenging getting around, but taxi fares are reasonable if you prefer not to walk.
